These Terms govern your use of the Battleworn Legacy website and your participation in our programs. By using this Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
By accessing or using the website located at battlewornlegacy.com (the “Site”), submitting an application, or enrolling in any Battleworn Legacy program, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or submit an application.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Battleworn Legacy. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Battleworn Legacy is a for-profit Christ-centered leadership organization that operates the Covenant, Convergence, and Commission programs for Christian businessmen, executives, and leaders. Our programs are conducted in Montana and online.
Battleworn Legacy is a separate legal entity from Battleworn Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. These Terms apply solely to Battleworn Legacy and its programs. If you interact with Battleworn Foundation, that organization’s terms and policies apply.
Battleworn Legacy is organized and operates under the laws of the State of Montana.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You may access information about our programs, submit an application, and contact us through the Site.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the Site’s content is accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, up-to-date, or error-free. Program details, dates, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Confirm all material details directly with us before making enrollment decisions.
By submitting an application to Battleworn Legacy, you represent that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Submitting false or materially misleading information is grounds for immediate disqualification from consideration and, if discovered after enrollment, removal from the program without refund.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into any Battleworn Legacy program. Acceptance decisions are made at the sole discretion of Battleworn Legacy instructors based on program fit, cohort availability, and readiness. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application for any reason consistent with applicable law.
Accepted applicants will be invited to participate in an instructor interview before enrollment is confirmed. This interview is a required step in the enrollment process. Enrollment is not confirmed until both parties agree the fit is appropriate and enrollment documentation is completed.
From the point of application forward, all interactions with Battleworn Legacy staff, instructors, and fellow participants must maintain a standard of clean language and respectful conduct. Foul or profane language is not permitted at any stage of the Battleworn process and is grounds for removal from consideration or the program.
Battleworn Legacy programs are explicitly Christ-centered and Christ-governed. All participants acknowledge that the program content, instruction, community standards, and organizational culture are grounded in the Christian faith and the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Non-Christians may participate if they agree to respect the program’s nature and conduct standards.
Participants in the Convergence program are required to surrender personal devices (including mobile phones) at intake. Devices are returned at graduation. This policy is non-negotiable and is a condition of enrollment. By enrolling, you consent to this requirement and acknowledge that Battleworn Legacy is not responsible for any business, personal, or financial consequences arising from your temporary unavailability during the program.
The Convergence program includes physical activity elements. While the program is not a fitness program and meets participants at their current physical capacity, you acknowledge that participation involves physical exertion. By enrolling, you represent that you are physically capable of participating and that you have consulted with a physician if you have any medical conditions that may be affected by moderate physical activity. Battleworn Legacy is not responsible for any injury, illness, or physical condition arising from program participation, provided the program is conducted as described.
Participants are expected to engage honestly and fully in all program activities. Battleworn Legacy reserves the right to remove any participant from the program at any time for conduct that is disrespectful, dishonest, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with the program’s standards. Removal for cause does not entitle the participant to a refund.
Battleworn Legacy offers a 100% experience guarantee to participants who engage fully and honestly in all program elements. This guarantee is contingent on full participation. A participant who withholds himself, engages dishonestly, or refuses to participate in program activities may not invoke this guarantee. The specific terms of any guarantee will be communicated in your enrollment documentation.
The cost of Battleworn Legacy programs is communicated privately during the instructor interview process and confirmed in enrollment documentation. By completing enrollment and submitting payment, you agree to the payment terms specified in your enrollment agreement.
Cancellation and refund terms are specified in your individual enrollment agreement. In general:
If Battleworn Legacy cancels a program or cohort for any reason, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of amounts paid or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
If you purchase products through the Battleworn Legacy online store, additional terms regarding shipping, returns, and product warranties apply and will be presented at the time of purchase.
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the Battleworn Legacy name and mark, the PATH framework, program names (The Covenant, The Convergence, The Commission), photography, video, and program materials — is the property of Battleworn Legacy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Site content without our express prior written permission.
Program materials provided to enrolled participants are for personal use only and may not be shared or exploited.
If you provide feedback, testimonials, or suggestions, you grant a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license for use.
Testimonials are voluntary and governed by separate written agreements.
The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
Content is not legal, medical, or financial advice.
Results vary; no guarantees are made.
Battleworn Legacy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of paid amount or $100.
You agree to indemnify Battleworn Legacy against claims arising from misuse, false information, or violations.
Governed by Montana law. Disputes resolved via arbitration. Jury trial waived.
