Long-Term Governance

The Council is not a networking club. It is not a casual group. It is ongoing accountability for men who refuse a moral double life.

STANDARD

Confession invites restoration. Concealment invites removal.

Covenant Enrollment (Pre‑Council Activation)

Accepted men may activate Covenant Enrollment before the Crucible discipline begins now, not later. Council membership is granted after commissioning.

GUARDRAIL

Covenant Enrollment is not Council membership. It is pre‑activation and preparation.

Structure

The Council sustains men through recurring governance—Scripture, audit, accountability, and correction.

Pods

Small groups for high accountability (size is private).

Monthly Council

90-minute structured meeting with agenda and reporting.

Bi‑Weekly

Short accountability exchanges and check-ins.

Quarterly Audit

Written leadership audit reviewed.

Covenant Standard

Integrity requirements enforced.

Renewal

Annual renewal based on participation and integrity.

Council Standards

No pornography.
Faithful marriage (where applicable) and sexual purity.
Financial integrity.
Active fatherhood.
No secret addictions.
No moral double life.
