Not summaries. Not pull quotes. Full stories — who they were before, what happened during the Convergence, and who they are now. In their own words.

Founder & Owner – Battleworn Legacy
Replace this with the man's real story in his own words. Who was he before? What was he running from? What did his marriage look like? His relationship with his children? His faith? The more specific and honest, the more powerful. Men reading this need to see themselves in it before they will believe what comes next.
Replace this with what the man experienced during the five days. What broke him open? What moment changed him? What did he face that he had been avoiding for years? What did the brotherhood produce that he could not produce alone? Be specific. Vague inspiration does not convert — specific truth does.
Replace this with what is different now. His marriage. His children. His leadership. His faith. His body. His purpose. What did his wife notice first? What did his children experience? What changed at work? The after is the reason the before matters.

VP / Executive · [Industry] · [City, State] · Convergence Cohort [#]
Replace with real story. This archetype — the man whose wife sent him the page — is one of the most common entry points. His story should describe what their marriage looked like from the inside, what she saw that he could not, and what finally made him actually read the page she sent. Vulnerability here changes everything.
Replace with Montana story. For this man especially — what happened when the phone was gone and there was nothing left to hide behind? What conversation happened around a fire or during a physical evolution that he had never had before? What did the brotherhood see in him that he could not see himself?
Replace with the after. What did his wife say when he came home? What is different about how he leads at home versus how he led before? What would she tell another wife who is considering sending this page to her husband?

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
Replace with real story. This archetype — the high-performer who applies the same skill set that made him successful to every emotional situation — is the most common profile in the cohort. His story should describe how his strengths became the walls around his weaknesses. How he used competence as armor.
Replace with Montana story. The forge is specifically designed for this man — the man who can charm and execute his way through almost anything. What was the moment the performance stopped working? What did he encounter that his skill set had no answer for? What did the instructors see through?
Replace with the after. How does he lead differently? What has the Commission held him to that he would have abandoned on his own? What does he know now that he wishes he had known ten years ago?
